Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Data Analytics Engineer to transform raw data into actionable insights across a wide range of enterprise domains. This role is pivotal in shaping data products that support over 70 business areas, including membership and location services. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and business analysts to design robust data models, apply domain-specific business rules, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Transform raw data from data warehouses into meaningful insights.
· Apply business rules to align data with domain intelligence.
· Design and propose data models and solutions to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with SMEs and BAs to understand business logic and requirements.
· Contribute to enterprise and business data products across 70+ domains.
· Maintain accountability for SLAs and delivery quality.
· Support Agile development and promote a one-team mentality.
· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
· Apply standards and best practices for data pipelines and transformations.
· Work effectively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
Must-Have:
· Advanced SQL (procedures, transformations).
· Data modeling and schema design.
· Strong understanding of data architecture concepts.
· Experience with Snowflake (dynamic tables, advanced features).
· Python (used for orchestration/configuration).
Nice-to-Have / Can Be Trained:
· Azure Functions / Azure ML.
Tools & Platforms:
· GitHub, Azure, CI/CD workflows.
· Experience with analytics engineering pipelines (injection, transformation, orchestration).
