Accurately record call outcomes, homeowner information, and appointment details in our system.
Follow established call scripts, communication guidelines, and scheduling procedures.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while meeting daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
Follow up with homeowners as needed to confirm appointments and maintain engagement.
Work collaboratively with team members to support company growth and deliver a positive homeowner experience.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
Friendly, professional, and confident approach to conversations.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn about our services, processes, and appointment-setting techniques.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward performance targets.
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.
