Summary

NOTE: Applicants MUST read this entire job posting and complete all steps outlined below to be considered for this position.
Our Mission

At UCM Practice Growth Systems, we’re a team on a mission. Dedicated to the glory of God, we aim to bring hope and healing to sick and suffering people through our partnership with upper cervical chiropractors.

We help chiropractic practices grow with proven patient acquisition systems, training and business growth consulting that let doctors focus on what matters most: helping more patients.

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who shares our passion for helping doctors grow their practices and is excited about the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while generating new business.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Practice Growth Advisor, your primary responsibility is to generate new revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified upper cervical chiropractic practices into UCM clients.

This results-driven sales position requires someone who can confidently prospect, build relationships, conduct effective sales consultations, and close new business.

You won’t simply wait for leads to come to you. You’ll take ownership of developing your own pipeline (we provide the leads for you), creating sales opportunities, and consistently turning qualified conversations into new clients.

We believe great salespeople don’t pressure prospects into buying. They identify real needs, build trust, provide valuable solutions, and guide prospects toward decisions that help their businesses succeed.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this position means consistently generating new business, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and converting qualified opportunities into paying clients.

New deals may include Practice Growth Memberships, Associate Recruitment Programs, Start Right Programs, website designs, and other UCM solutions.

A successful Practice Growth Advisor consistently closes 5 or more new deals per month, maintains a 40% conversion rate on qualified sales consultations, schedules at least 13 qualified outbound appointments, and successfully completes at least 12 of those appointments each month.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. New Revenue Generation
Consistently generate new business by identifying qualified prospects, conducting sales consultations, and closing deals to achieve monthly revenue and sales goals.

2. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through touchpoints; phone calls, texts, emails, social media messages, and other outreach strategies to build a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.  PGA’s that consistently achieve 500 touchpoints per week get the best results.

3. Sales Pipeline Management
Take full ownership of your sales pipeline by tracking prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, scheduling follow-ups, and moving opportunities efficiently through the sales process.

4. Consultative Selling & Closing
Build trust with prospective clients, identify their business challenges, recommend appropriate solutions, overcome objections, and confidently convert qualified opportunities into new clients.

5. Product & Service Expertise
Develop a thorough understanding of UCM’s growth memberships, products, services and pricing to effectively communicate their value and recommend solutions that align with each practice’s needs.

6. Sales Performance & Accountability
Consistently meet or exceed established KPIs, including new deals closed, consultation conversion rates, qualified appointments scheduled, and appointments completed.

7. Relationship Building & Brand Representation
Establish meaningful relationships with chiropractic professionals while representing UCM’s mission, core values, and commitment to ethical, relationship-based selling.

8. Industry Events & Networking
Represent UCM at chiropractic conferences, college events, and industry gatherings to develop relationships, generate new opportunities, and expand the company’s reach when needed.

9. Sales Training & Continuous Improvement
Participate in sales role play coaching, call reviews, and professional development to continuously improve prospecting effectiveness, objection handling, and closing performance.
